Is this a WWII or post war police tunic?

I recently purchased this 4-button, open-collar tunic and I am having difficulty finding others that are similar to it. At first, I thought it was of post war production due to the "1958" marking, however I am not certain that is actually a date marking. Its lapels are quite pointy, it has French cuffs, and "Extra Fein" marked pebbled buttons. Looking forward to hearing your comments on the tunic as well as the shoulder boards. Thank you!

The stamp is indeed a date. Everything about the tunic is post war. Wrong color boards, wrong cut, wrong button count. (Yes there were 4 button tunics used by the SiPo but they are rare if ever seen except in photos) Typical early post war.

          Regards,
