Looks like some kind of fatigue related work jacket...(with one breast pocket, back drawstring)
Question: do the golden button appear to be originally applied? Or replaced? (added later)
It might be some kind of Kriegsmarine work tunic..(Arbeitsjacke) ...the angled pocket corners are typical for KM and so is the collar-lapel shape...the SA stamp could be a coincidence, (a maker)
or otherwiseit's an SA work related jacket ...but I doubt that...

Fake markings .
Only 3 buttons closure is not typical of WW2 but common for later jackets like DDR .

OT jacket

I've seen a similar jacket in Austria few years ago and was also sold as OT . The buttons are surely not of origin.
