Gold on black bevo eagle is Reichsbahn, the gold on brown doesn't look legit to me... not very well formed eagles head, etc., so I'd say a replica. The R.Bahn appears fine.

The first eagle might be non German produced, I would guess post war too. For a BeVo weave the swastika is pretty crude.
