Organization todt arm band help

Hi friends!

What do you think about this Org Todt Arm Band? Good or bad? I got it today from an old guy in my town. This man is not a collector so I hope it is a good one. I checked it with an UV lamp and most of it is UV negative!

BTW: The cross is edited because it´s forbidden in my Country!

Seems a sort of home-made specimen to me.
The ORG. TODT lettereing is patently made by a rubber stamp.
Finishing of the white disc is poor as compared to known originals.
"Gau Salzburg" on the back is a NSDAP/Party-related designation, not Org. Todt's.
