Fireman Visor Cap? Help needed and appreciated!

Hi, I just got the following visor cap, it is missing the chinstrap, the lower piping line and insignia. Can someone help me determined which period the cap belongs to and what type of organizations was used by?
My knowledge on period caps is fair to say non existent, so I would really appreciate your time and opinion on this one.
These are the only pictures I have for the moment.
    Thank you in advance.

From the 1920's-early 30's is my guess and never had a chin strap probably...
(or are there holes visible for buttons to attach a chin cord/strap?)

Thank you for your response Nick, nice to know it is an interwar period one.
I haven't received it yet so I don't know if it has openings for a chin strap, I suggested that by seeing all other visors cap with chin straps, that says something about my little knowledge on the subject.
From the same amateur observations I concluded that a lower piping is missing too, am I correct? or is there evidence that exists on visor caps with just the two upper piping lines?. Is the kokade in the correct position or should be on the upper part? what kind of insignia, if applies, is missing?
And lastly, is this some sort of Police or Fireman cap?
Any sharing will be opening a huge learning possibility for me!
Thank you for bearing with me and your honest opinions.

It is an Imperial Fireman's cap.

So even older than "inter-war" Weimar period (1920's)....its pre 1918!
The overall shape and cockade could make it that old! I agree with Stonemint!
(certainly not TR period. That is clear!)

Great! I usually collect WWI items, so it seems it is a complete Imperial Feuerwehr visor cap, so I will post it in the Imperial Forum to find out if its is possible to ID the location based on the colors of the kokarde and body color.
Thank you for all your help!!
