Blanket from concentration camp ? Help needed

Hello to all, need help with this blanket, last owner told, then it comes from concentration camp..but I never see something like that....

Not a camp blanket, but one from a prison. Prisons were run by the Justice Ministry and the camps by the SS.

Did he or someone he knows bring it back from a camp? Never know what may have been used and where things were found...see if you can get more information from the man you acquired it from....interesting , and in decent shape.

Anything is possible but I think 99% of all blankets used in the camps were destroyed there. Either by use or just after the war as these would be extremely filthy and infested with louse and other vermin.
