identifiing police General and police KC holder

Hi,

I got an interesting photo album from "Polizei Batallion 316", which was involved in anti jew and Bandenkampf activity.
Is one able to identify one of the shown officers?

The fist man wears the KVK1, GPB and WB, and has the WH (earlier police) General tabs.

Correct, the first man is Ordnungspolizei C-in-C Kurt Daluege.
The second officer is Bernhard Griese who won the KC on May 3rd, 1942 while CO of Polizei-Schützen-Batallion 323.
Gerhard Giese was an Army officer, he was awarded with the German Cross "only".
For the record, the guy behing Griese is Rudolf Pannier , another police officer, who won the KC eight days later while commanding the 1st bn of Polizei-Schützen-Regiment 2 in the Polizei-Division.
