Decipher Markings Please

Can anyone decipher these markings on the inside of what I believe to be an Army Feldgendarmerie Officer's visor hat? Thanks in advance.

Terstappen is a family name

" R. u. F. Sch." - could be "Reit- und Fahr Schule"
