Is it known how many of those were awarded?
Not really my area of interest, but I have noticed, that you don´t see the silver grade very often...

may be, since 1934, appr. 900,000 Deutsche Reichs-Sportabzeichen/Deutsche Reichssportabzeichen/Reichssportabzeichen.
May be 45,000 in Silber, may be 15,000 in Gold.

Complete DRA and DRL from 1913 to 1945 appr. 1,400,000 sports badges.
