NSV plaque

Hello all,
I was wondering if I could get a little info on this NSV plaque that I have. It says something about no house begging or peddling on the first line. A good translation would be appreciated and also any info or comments regarding originality etc. I think it is original but always like other opinions.

Hello,
Just bringing this up again and wondering if anyone knows anything about this little plaque. If I remember correctly in Wilhelm Saris book on wall plaques it does say that these type of tin plaques were used. Haven't seen another with the same wording though and don't remember seeing it in Mr. Saris book.

During the writing for my book this plaque was not known and I had not seen it before.
I wonder however why not the regular form eagle for the political organization was used, as with all plaques for political organizations, but just a "most impossible" form.

I did not say this, but the strange eagle bothers me, as does also the configuration.
If you have my book, then consult the pages 194 through 201, which deal about the NSV, and you see what I mean.
Normally also the four holes are in the four corners. Why here somewhere at the plaque in a strange spot?

Mr. Saris, I do see what you mean regarding the use of the normally used eagle & NSV symbol usually seen. Also had never given any thought to the four holes which as you say are in an odd spot. I picked this item up quite a few years ago and never gave much thought to it one way or another. Again I thank you for your reply and help regarding this item.
