ID uniform request - Schuma ?

Hello folks,

I am wondering if anyone can help ID these men ? They appear to be undergoing training with Orpo instructors.

I have tried and can not place the uniform exactly, it occurred to me some kind of auxiliary uniform, or Schuma, (even ended up checking out Teno and DAF caps). If it helps this is from an album of a Polizei Bataillon which ended up in Eastern Front trenches.

I don't see any arm badge like Schuma would wear. They are foreign and they are being trained by a German Policeman. Would be safe to assume they are some type of auxillary police element.
