Unknown Breast Star Medal/Badge "St BK"...Photos sent to me for evaluation along with some German medals and pins...No clue on this one...Anyone have an idea what this is? Thanks for looking.

Very interesting, and seems I have seen the snake at the bottom somewhere recently...I see greek ruins like in Athens, and that there was a organization that spied on Baltic non Germans, that word is "Schutzgruppen" , but I do think it is related to the Baltic, or the st may be "Stützpunkt" (ortsgruppe) and the B may be Baltische.....or possibly Bewegung, (movement) , and possibly the K stood for Kroeger who lead the nazi movement in latvia....these are all guess's, as I found an article about baltic germans during the hitler era . I am unsure if this relates to your badge, but might start the ball rolling on the subject.
