Insignia is good but need to see more of the cap to give a verdict. Not crazy about the sewing and thread used. Stamp I have never seen before. Police caps are being faked with the use of original insignia. Cap could be good, but hard to say with these pics.

The cap looks original but need better pics to confirm this the insignia has been added postwar if the cap is original

For the record, Triesch was the German name of Třešť , a Czech town.
First time I know of maker B. Cap fro me too , but this doesn't mean anything.
More pictures / different views are needed in order to express adequate opinions.
May I point out that the insignia is the larger variation woven on a dark field-gray nacking as opposed to the smaller one on the typical “Police” light bluish-green backing.

IMO the cap is good. Not a variation you often see with this type of insignia.
