What do you think, is it original? And what is the price for it?

Rugo, welcome aboard. It is an original post-war W German Tschako (value 100 Euros?) on which someone has mounted a III Reich police eagle and cockade (value 100 Euros). If you bought it as a III Reich piece, you were taken. Before wasting any more of your money, buy a couple books: perhaps Erich Radecke's book on shakos and his set on police insignia (auf deutsche) and/or use the "Search" thread to familiarize yourself with III Reich police shakos.
