Pre ww2 Landes Verband Nordmark for Der Stahlhelm(bund)

These cuffbands are not WWII, but indeed from the veteran's organization Der Stahlhelm. With the new uniform-regulation from July 1934 they were forbidden for wearing (according "Die Bundestracht des NS.Deutschen Frontkämpfer-Bundes - Stahlhelm), page 11: Gau-Ärmelbänder und sonstige Traditionsabzeichen werden nicht mehr getragen).
