Congratulations, I also like these enameled Social Welfare awards, they have a great looking art-deco eagle.Here is another textbook 2nd class the same as yours to compare with as made by the principal maker Godet,

Hello mloppkit, thanks. You are completely right. Looks some kind of art-deco style. Yours is also in very fine condition. Not too easy find this second class. I have seen more 1st class neck specimens, than 2nd classes.
