Police badges - fake or real

Just got these two in a quick deal, so sadly did not have time to ask for support before :-( However, I tried to find out if they indeed were real original, but got cornered by the massive input in the internet. So, I now kindly ask you guys for your opinion. And if fake please let me know why. Many thanks in advance.

Both look good to me, typical period construction, and fairly common examples.
