NSV Dachau Armband Vet find

Well this interesting piece just came with a veteran lot a few days ago, can't find much info about it myself and have never seen another like it...any help would be appreciated to find out what purpose it held

Some armbands you don't see everyday in this group! Of course Dachau held a concentration camp so that I find interesting bit of extra history. NSV from my understanding were all locally produced as there wasn't a standard armband made for them, similar to the KdF though they had 2 types that were mass produced, but proved not to be enough by the workers. So this armband is probably one of the only ones like it unless they made a few for the same purpose for Dachau. Also this is the second time I have seen these RLB armbands with more then 2 stripes, but the first like this. I would assume that there would have to be more ranks as finding a few with more stripes then the common "officers" one. The other had 2 stripes on the top and 1 on the bottom, rather then 3 all spread out. The volkssturm is of course a cheaply made one with all the extra ink on the white stripes, nothing uncommon with that though, just cool IMO.
