Seems to be a good early one of this common pattern. Most are brass silver plated and have paint - no enamel.

A very well known ring to ring collectors,,on the common side..
Made in silver, brass, even zinc near the end..
There are period advertisements for this piece, photos in wear, German vet acquired examples,,a good piece all around..
