Civil portrait with large award

Just found this interesting civil portrait with a large award.

First off - what is the signature here? I read Rudolfzauer.

The portrait was taken in Wien.

Secondly...what does the award say? Bilder.....? Billiard? 27 - 29. Juli

Any ideas?

My guess is: "Rudolf Zauner 1. VIII. 1940" + "Billardturnier"
