In English language usage it is called a "Warrant Disk."

In German, it is known as a "Dienstmarke."

The word "plaque" is not used.

These sell for $1500-2000, depending on condition, and if it is a very low serial number.

The State Kripo disk is the most common available Third Reich police disk.
