    Any red flags!

Gents i just grabbed this Cased Mutterkreuz.

I only have the one photo.

The case is marked Friedrich Linden,Did Linden have more than one format of his makers stamp on the silk lining!Do you see any issues! It feels right but ive never owned one before.

    Thanks for any help given

      Hi,

From these pics it looks ok. The ribbon is shortened and the tiny ring should originally not be there. Perhaps it was added so that the owner could wear it on a necklace instead of the original ribbon at certain occasions. I've seen this a few times before.

      best regards,
      Gaston

Sorry, forgot about the stamp question. As far as i know FLL used only this stamp. What makes you think of other stamp possibilities for him? Only a very few makers used different stamps in/for the motherscross cases.
