This is a typical Austrian eagle for wasserschutzpolizei, a known original type, however I do concur that this eagle is one of the newer reproductions based on the leaf configuration and the spacing in the feathers.

I thought it might be an Austrian pattern
I had posted a similar one awhile back that was bad also,
and Bill gave it that name/type. Just some subtle differences
