Could this Kommunal Police winered bird has a chance?
I'm looking for one and like to know what's the value of it?

In my opinion this eagle is a reproduction. These have been discussed in my "famous repro" and "Reproduction Sleeve Eagles" discussions.

I agree with Bill, a reproduction. Gemeinde insignia are fairly rare to find, I only have one on a tunic and one loose.

These are very difficult to spot from the real deal if you don't know what you are looking at, this type of eagle did exist for the TR period, but sadly the one you show is a reproduction
