RAD collar tab

Hi guys, my friend found this in one old house. I was told these are RAD collar tab. Is everything as it should be? What rank is it exactly? Thanks

They look fine to me. the rank is for a Warrant Officer ( Unterfeldmeister ) or Company Grade Officers ( Feldmeister, Oberfeldmeister & Oberstfeldmeister ).
