Hi Didier,

While I haven't seen this design before, it does call to mind the German Roman Catholic charitable organization, Gelbes Kreuz -- the Yellow Cross. The famous Blood Order recipient, "Schwester Pia," was a member of this organization for a time; the organization dates back to the early years of the 20th century and apparently still exists, serving the home-bound. Perhaps this article was created as a member's badge for someone doing home care services?
