What uniform is this?

Can anybody tell me what uniform or organization this person belongs to? Judging by the twin buttons, I would say DAF, but would love to hear other opinions.

Not sure about the uniform....but the hat does look like a DAF double button...I don't see an eagle, however...? The buckle isn't DAF, look Army (?)....

interesting photo .the overseas cap is DAF the bayonet is non German.possible a work camp guard. Gemeinschaftslager.

Were there any other organizations that wore such sidecaps? The photo is of Ukrainian guard, so I am thinking that perhaps he got second-hand uniform for guard duty.
