Here's the interesting part. It has the paper saying who would have wore it and the date it was to be used on. Both the paper and armband say 69 so they have been together their whole life. Sadly the paper is in 2 pieces but I'm happy with it the way it is. The guys name is Eftger and he was a Reichshauptstellenleiter! This is 4 armband ranks below Hitler.Comment
