rad admin generals tunic

I saw this rad admin generals tunic for sale online. It would look great on display with a unit flag but do the insignia and base jacket look ok? I have never seen in person a rad admin generals tunic.

I dont think the generals collar patches on this are correct, the line around the patches should be embroidered seperately but here they have a black thread, which I believe is incorrect.
