Not much help I'm afraid but since the response isnt overwelming I wont waste much of your time with my incoherent mumblings

The insignia almost looks like DLV insignia superimposed on an NSKK wheel (Raute?) device but thats about it. However, the "swan head" logo/mark on the back looks familiar...I'm going to look in my archives if I can locate it but from memory it looks similar to an unusual maker mark I saw on the reverse of a screwback infantry assault badge a while back
