I've never seen one done that way, but other than that it appears to meet the criteria. How big is it?

Looks like an embroidered sports shirt eagle. They were usually woven, but this looks like the exception.

i have a woven version of this but it is large compared to sport vest insignia it measures 20 cm (across wings) and 18 cm in height ??

Others have allready said it but in design it is a very nice Sports-shirt eagle.
Why embroidered? I do not know. Maybe early.......maybe a higher ranked person wishing better quality.......don't know.

But it sure looks nice.
