Hello, from your description I am uncertain on exactly what you are looking for. Is it by chance Feld-Gendarmerie (Military Police)? If so, those will be difficult shoulder boards to find. If not and it's OrPo related you seek, Schupo (green) and Gendarmerie(orange) are fairly common. Also clarify, are aftter officer grades by your description use of "commander"?
