Aluminium Eagle with Wreath

I recently posted the photos of the Breast Eagle which was very kindly identified. There were two badges that came together and as the one is definately Kriegsmarine I wonder if the other one is as well. Unfortunately the fixing pins are now missing from the back.
If it is'nt perhaps someone could point me to the right forum for identification:

This is a Police EM/NCO cap eagle....

Hi Robbo,

Welcome to WAF, I'm very "new" too but I think I can help you with this one...

Your eagle should have been posted on the "Police & Civil Organizations Forum" for more feedback but as far as I m concerned it is a German Police cap eagle (second type) in aluminum for enlisted men visor caps. There also exists a gilt coloured version for naval police
