Not sure of the era since ,no swastika, ect. but some sort of labor service. Lacks any other logo , letters to be specific.
possible (?) A.A.D. = anhalt arbeits dienst (of 1932).
F.A.D. = freiwillige arbeits dienst (of 1932)
R.A.D. = reich arbeits dienst (of 1936)
OR = ?? might be post war , or even not german.
Any markings on the back side ??
there were a few other labor groups short lived, also. jeff
