The "Polizeipräsident von Berlin - 83. Polizei Revier" (Head of Police in Berlin - Police Station

83) is asking Dr. Julius Brenner if he is, after having had an accident 28.3.1930, fit for

employment again or not.

If not he should come to the police station for a police report.

Anyway, Mrs. or Mr., Dr. Julius or not, that´s not important for the sense of the postcard.
