German Police Club

Hello Gents;

This telescoping club came to me years ago with some German Police items(shako, several police buckles, 2 police bayonets, etc.)

The overall extended length is 13 inches and the shaft is comprised of two tightly coiled springs ending in a ball tip.

Has anyone ever seen a club like this and would anyone have any information about this object?

Clayton, this subject has been done before. Quite a bit. If you would use the search engine for this police forum with some imaginative key words like coil, sap, cosh, SIPO and such, you will find a wealth of information.
