Fire Police Board?

Hi Gents,

Can anyone help me identify this board? I think it's fire police, officer? In as found conditon, from a vet.

It's looks like brown inner cords and v's so it would be an other ranks grade of Hauptwachtmeister d. Feuerschutzpolizei

Thanks, Dave. But the inner cords and V's are definitely black in color. What does this mean?

Same rank but for Feuerwehren or voluntary police. Hmmm, I might have that backwards or it could again be a case of shared insignia but both common fire related.
