Need help with "Police" Shoulder Boards

I found a pair of shoulder boards similar to the ones shown in this photo. They are black top (might be VERY dark blue) with a brown colored base. They were labeled TR "Police". Can anyone confirm what they are?

    Thanks, Randy

I had the exact same pair once, never found out what they were.

      Green backing

Here is a photo of the actual shoulder insignia in question. The backing is more of a green rather than brown and the interior is very dark blue.
Still not sure what they are.
      Thanks,
      Randy

        Shoulder boards, a possibility

With a brown underlay, have you checked to see if these ar Marne SA, or SA for the winter blue uniform?

Nothing certain but with those colours...might be the answer.

They almost look brown and darker brown to me but with those colors you mention, I really don't know what you have. If they were brown, then they could be the polizei rank of Anwärter. See an example in the upper left of the below photo.

It would be nice to see reverse (bottom) of that shoulder boards (due to shade of green(?)) underlay..What underlay material? Wool?
Try to find them in http://lbsr.mzf.cz/dr/sf/sf1.html#v003
