    DRK Helferin Ausweis

    Hi all!

I would like to share a Berlin flea-market find, a DRK Helferin Ausweis. The Helferin joined the DRK in Dessau, in October 1941 and took her training till March 1942. Last entries about her service are in summer semester of 1943, with 2 night shifts.

Hope you 'll find it interesting!

    Regards, Giorgos

    Hi,

very nice find... and even much better than a "normal" Helferin Ausweis, as those are much rarer! It is intended for a medical student.
It is only the fourth or fifth i see compared to many many "normal" ones.

    Regards

      Thanks for the reply!

I suspected that it must have been a rarer find than the "normal" ones, since I didn't find any other examples online for some time.

I would like to post a question regarding the duration of the training: It is written that both the theoretical and the clinical training took place from October 1941 to March 1942. The last entry regarding the service and last nightshifts though, is dated S.S. (Sommersemester) 1943. Is that normal?

      Regards, Giorgos
