Danzig Faithful Service Cross Good?

Gents,

I have been offered this cross. I have never had one of these before let alone ever seen one in hand! The reverse is marked "41". I am currently waiting on the seller to get back to me on a price so in the mean time I just have 2 questions:

-Is it a good one?
-How much is this particular cross worth if good?

Thanks Joe. I have aready seen this link.....there are no pics of the original grouping that opened the thread...and also it deals mainly with the Danzig Police Service Awards which were different from the Faithful Service Awards.

I would really need opinions on the particular cross that i have posted.

The cross you posted looks like a postwar casting to me. The details are very muddy and the ring loop is thick and appears part of the casting. These have been heavily reproduced over the years. I hope this helps.

Sorry for the error. In addition to Schupo's comments, I might add that a lack of mfg marking is problematic.

Thanks Joe and Schupo! I feel that this is a replica also....the "lumps" on the reverse look like casting to me!
