What police eagle? With no wreath, maybe the trap is political or other org related but not OrPo?

Reichsbahn was yellow/gold, this is a postal sidecap eagle.

The badge upper left is not Irish, it's an U.S. distinctive insignia worn on the lapels of the class A/dress jacket and sidecap. It denotes the battalion/regiment. Have to see the back if it's ww2 or not...

The badge lower left is a "tinnie"/ day badge of the celebration 10 years NSDAP Gau Essen 1925 - 1935. It's the same design as the Gau Essen Ehrenzeichen, although a bit larger and in aluminium.

The Juncker also looks like a tinnie or perhaps Winterhilfswerke badge...nice one!
