Stefano, the early police crushers were discussed while back in connection with the brown based police cap insignia. Could you show us some close-ups of the hat band/insignia and the liner? I cannot tell if the insignia is embroidered onto the band or sewn to it. Is it an officer crusher or NCO variety?

Hello,

I agree that your SD tunics seem to be the finest I have been privilaged to see, at least from your photographs. Very nice indeed, and not something often seen. I particularly like the NCO. Seems to be more officer's about.

I would also like to see the eagle on your "crusher" cap. Is it a standard officer's fatigue cap eagle, is it brown backed or typical black? I am an eagle collector and I am very interested in just what insignia is used on your cap.
