To answer some of the questions:

-I have most of the parts to complete the display. But I´m not sure, if I should display it as complete dummy or just the tunic alone....

-Tunic came aside the eBay curtain......

An old friend of mine ( I call him Friedrich-Karl, he´s former Wachtmeister of the Prussian Kommunalpolizei in my collection), was kind enough to jump in the tunic and strait on the cat-walk
