I just picked this cool thing up out of a small collection i just baught, i have no clue what it could be, maybe the cap for a special dagger or medal/ award? Ever seen anything like this before?Thanks in advance!

Perhaps a broche? (pin missing) for a female member attached to OT,
working as a "funker"(communications)? Note signals "blitzen" design.
Just a theory! Whatever it is I have no doubt that its original!
