What happened to Erich Bismarck?

Just wondering, what happened to "Police Commander" Erich Bismarck after Hitler became Reichskanzler and Göring Prime minister for Prussia??

In 1929 he´s listed as Polizei-Kommandeur (General) in the Prussian ministry of the Interior. Sure he was SPD member, so what happened to him?

Here a very rare document (seller picture)! I was able to obtain it

Erich Bismarcks authorization document of identification for the Prussian state parliament, dated 1930!

Any help on this would be more than appreciated!! Many thanks in advance.

No one here with 1931...32...33 or 35 rank lists???

Gerd, my list shows that he retired (a.D.) on 31.12.30. On 14.12.28 he was PKdr in Essen for the MdJ. There is no listing for him or a spouse at that address in the 1941 Berlin telephone book.

Was this a specialized Ausweis to be used only for his representative duties in the Landtag.

You´re right, it is his special ID card for the Prussian Landtag. Btw, huge size (see picture)
