The 2nd pattern, circa 1939, is the same as the W-SS officer's belt but with a police officer's buckle.

The 1st pattern, circa 1936, had the same buckle on a silver brocade with red and black stripes:

Many thanks, by chance does anyone have an extra Police Officer's buckle? It turns out I have a 1st Pattern belt!!! Need a buckle with both parts.
