Looks like an HJ Winter shirt from the photos. I wouldn't even speculate on if it's good or not with that dark photo of the front.

The better photos help. Looks like it's a good one. Stripped ones go for not a whole lot of money. If you restore it just be careful to use a matching Bann number and triangle combination. It's set up for slip on boards, so try to find a good set of those.
