Not sure I have the spelling correct-I have this cuff title and would love to know what it stands for-I think the first part is SECURITY but do not know the rest.

Hello,

The SHD was the precursor organization to the Luftschutzpolizei. They were a sort of disaster assistance organization and had fire fighting, gas protection, medical, and technical branches which were to assist the population in emergencies, mostly air raids.
