    Picked up this armband today, can anyone help me out with it as far as what it says and what "branch"

    It is an armband (better: Armbinde - brassard) of a paramedic of the Deutscher Reichsbahn (German State Railway)

      Never find a regulation for those one but probably mid 30's.
      The same Armband exists with "ärzt" (doctor) and with some other specialities...
