    RAD edelweiss?

I saw recently a period portrait showing a RAD member with a bullion wire HJ style edelweiss on his hat. Is that something peculiar to RAD units or what? Anyone has it?
    Thanks

that is worn by members of RAD Austrian Arbeitsgau (XXXIII,XXXIV,XXXV,XXXVI)
it is worn as a gau traditions badge on the side of the cap.

i will check my files this weekend and see if i have a photo of one in wear ,i sold all my RAD gau traditions badges last year, that was one that i did have ,there are more common that some of the other 17 types of traditions badges, they still go for (low vs high end)$70-$130.
